About Me

I have spent my life in the Aircraft Manufacturing Industry, but post COVID lockdowns I decided to follow a passion I have had for a long time, namely First Aid. As a former member of the Reserve Forces, I have been teaching others for many years; it was in the Reserves that I did my first First Aid course back in 1988. Since then I have completed various first aid courses, linked to SCUBA diving  (another passion of mine) and First Aid courses linked to my business allowing me to teach a wide variety of courses.

I decided, with the help and support of a good friend who has been teaching first aid for nearly 20 years, to start my own business. The strange thing about First Aid is, it’s something everybody should know, but people are scared to use it, fearing they will do more harm than good. I aim to help you get to the stage whereby you feel empowered to try your best and to have a go at helping. I volunteer with the Ambulance service as a Community First Responder and every day I do that is a day to learn and improve my own skills and understanding – you never stop learning!

Thank you for coming to my website and I hope you find what you are looking for, and that will allow us to meet and improve your First Aid skills to a level where you feel confident enough to help someone in need
